• As our Technical Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling all technical sales-related inquiries within our projects.
• You will work closely with an enthusiastic team of business developers and provide support on various projects.
• You will offer technical and commercial advice on lighting solutions and electrical installations.
• You will analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions from our extensive product range.
• You will provide remote support for technical questions and escalate to on-site assistance when necessary.
• You will provide on-site assistance for technical inquiries and support installers.
• You will offer expertise in KNX, Casambi, and DALI systems, guiding and supporting customers in these technologies.
• You will prepare, follow up on, and defend quotations to ensure conversion into orders.
• You will assist installers in product selection and installation processes.
• You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to address technical inquiries and provide optimal support.
• You will track the logistics process, including monitoring delivery times, stock status, and planned shipments.
• You will work within a dynamic team of talented professionals in a rapidly growing company.

requirements 

• You hold a secondary school degree or bachelor’s degree.
• You have experience with technical sales, lighting solutions, or electrical installations.
• You have knowledge of at least one of the following domains: KNX, Casambi, DALI, or similar technologies.
• You have a strong commercial mindset, as you will interact with partners, installers, architects, and more.
• You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• You have a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and French; additional languages are a plus.
• You are a team player but can also work autonomously.
• You are proactive in project follow-up and internal coordination.
• Technical skills or a strong interest in technology are a plus.
