job description

At prado, we build invisible home technology for the world’s best architects. Since launching our first flagship product in 2021, we have grown into a fully integrated ecosystem of lighting, ventilation, power and security solutions. Our strong R&D focus and targeted M&A strategy fuel our rapid expansion, with 50 + colleagues operating across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

To support this journey, we are looking for a Supply chain project manager to strengthen our Supply chain excellence team. You will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that enhance planning, visibility and operational efficiency across our international supply network.

what you’ll do

  • Lead strategic supply-chain improvement initiatives, with a primary focus on planning and process optimisation.
  • Design and roll out the supply-chain Target Operating Model (TOM) company-wide.
  • Drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), scenario planning and capacity modelling to support long-term growth.
  • Develop and embed supply-chain KPIs and dashboards that provide clear, data-driven insights.
  • Boost demand-planning processes and forecasting accuracy.
  • Streamline vendor management and inbound logistics.
  • Support the digital transformation of supply-chain tools and data architecture (e.g. APS, Odoo).
  • Work closely with colleagues across operations to ensure alignment, while stepping into day-to-day execution when needed to keep things running smoothly – always with customer success as the end goal.

what we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in Commercial/Civil Engineering, Economics or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in supply chain strategy and planning; experience in consulting is a strong plus.
  • Proactive “go-getter” with a holistic view of supply-chain processes and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) and demonstrated success in process-optimisation projects.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in complex, international settings.
  • Familiarity with digital supply-chain technologies (APS, advanced planning) and innovation trends; APICS certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communicator in Dutch and English.

what we offer

  • prado is an ambitious, internationally expanding company with a dynamic and supportive culture. A company where you will quickly feel at home due to the warm working atmosphere, with ambition as a priority. You will work in an autonomous and entrepreneurial environment, where you are encouraged to take initiative and shape the future of our global supply chain.
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across regions and departments.
  • A challenging position, with the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, as you will be instrumental in reimagining and embedding supply chain best practices across the organisation.
  • Strong compensation package, tailored to your experience, with benefits that reflect the importance of your role within the organisation.
