As our Sales Operations specialist, you’ll be the go-to for our partnering architects—making sure their orders move seamlessly from quote to delivery across some of the most beautiful residential and commercial projects in the world.
You’ll own the full cash-to-order experience, working cross-functionally with our sales, logistics, and production teams to keep things moving, clients happy, and timelines on track.
your mission
- Manage end-to-end project timelines, including order tracking and delivery expectations.
- Keep clients informed and delighted, especially when plans or timelines shift.
- Coordinate order operations from purchase to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and excellence.
- Work closely with 3PLs and internal teams to ensure white-glove fulfillment and on-time installations.

- Handle complex logistics, including international shipments and custom requests.
- Drive the cash-to-order process, overseeing invoicing, deposits, and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with finance on billing milestones, reconciliations, and data hygiene.

- Identify process gaps and recommend scalable improvements to support growth.
- Partner with Sales to enhance forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility.
you’ll thrive here if you…
- Have 3–5 years of experience in sales ops, client services, or order management—especially in high-end products, interiors, or design
- Get excited about making things work, not just watching them break
- Are energized by fast-paced environments and can handle shifting priorities
- Speak fluent ERP, CRM, and Excel (bonus points for Odoo or Front)
- Think like an owner, act like a teammate, and always keep the client in mind
