As a leading innovator in high-end architectural lighting, we are looking for a driven sales manager to expand our presence in Los Angeles and establish prado as the go-to lighting solution for premium projects.

As a sales manager, you will be the key link between prado and our high-profile clientele, including architects, interior designers, developers, and luxury brands. Your expertise in sales and relationship management will drive business growth and ensure an impeccable customer experience from first contact to project completion.

  • You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to strengthen prado’s presence in Los Angeles.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and developers to expand our client network.
  • You will identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to project completion.
  • You will provide expert guidance on products, pricing, and project requirements.
  • You will work closely with project management, logistics, and design teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • You will represent prado at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance market visibility.

requirements

  • To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship.
  • A strong background in sales within high-end lighting, luxury interiors, architectural products, or design-related industries.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience presenting to architects, designers, and developers.
  • A self-motivated professional who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Based in Los Angeles, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
