Job description
Are you excited by the idea of working with high-end lighting and design? As an Inside Sales Advisor with us, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers happy, informed, and well-supported. From answering questions on pricing, delivery times, and product details, to invoicing and direct contact with architects, designers, and end customers—you’ll be their go-to person.
Working closely with our external sales team, you’ll also help us expand our reach by exploring new markets and finding fresh leads, bringing our innovative designs to customers around the world.
We’re looking for someone who..
- Has strong administrative skills paired with a knack for sales
- Loves lighting and design, and brings an enthusiastic, customer-focused attitude
- Is a multitasker with excellent organizational skills
- Works well in a team, but can also thrive independently
- Speaks Dutch, English, and French fluently (extra languages are a bonus!)
Skills that make you shine
To succeed here, you’ll have a good commercial sense, as you’ll be in touch with partners, architects, and installers. Proactivity is key—you’re someone who follows up on projects, keeps the internal flow smooth, and can handle a varied workload. You’re comfortable with Excel, and an interest in technical details is a nice plus!
