who we are

At prado, we build invisible home technology for the world’s best architects. Since launching our first flagship product in 2021, we have grown into a fully integrated ecosystem of lighting, ventilation, power and security solutions. Our strong R&D focus and targeted M&A strategy fuel our rapid expansion, with 150 + colleagues operating across Europe, North America and the Middle East.

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager USA to lead the execution of luxury residential and commercial lighting projects across North America. You’ll ensure every fixture, outlet, and driver arrives is perfectly aligned with the design intent, schedule, and installation requirements. You’ll serve as the bridge between our design clients, sales, and production teams. You turn creative ideas into flawless installations and oversee the entire process, from first concept to final delivery. Ensuring precision, communication, and accountability every step of the way.

what you’ll do

  • Act as the primary contact for architects, designers, contractors, and distributors for assigned U.S. projects
  • Lead the project lifecycle and oversee all phases of project execution: quoting, order approval, production coordination, shipping, and installation support
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met and proactively communicating any changes
  • Review lighting schedules, drawings, and submittals to ensure product accuracy and technical feasibility
  • Collaborate with European production, logistics, and U.S. fulfillment teams (3pl, and 3rd party suppliers)
  • Manage lead times, shipping logistics, and delivery sequencing for complex, multi-location installations
  • Ensure seamless integration between Odoo ERP workflows, logistics data, and project documentation
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Accounting to ensure accurate billing, payment milestones, and project reconciliation
  • Deliver a white-glove client experience and maintain proactive communication with design clients and site teams
  • Anticipate challenges in timelines, site readiness, or substitutions and offer creative, technical solutions
  • Coordinate samples, submittals, and technical documentation for design approval
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and propose scalable process improvements
  • Support continuous improvement across order-to-cash operations
  • Uphold brand reputation through consistency, technical precision, and client satisfaction

what we are looking for

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in project management, architectural lighting, or high-end interiors
  • Experience coordinating international shipments and multi-warehouse fulfillment
  • Are fluent in managing multiple complex projects and vendor timelines
  • Understand technical drawings, lighting schedules, and electrical specifications
  • Familiarity with UL/ETL compliance, driver specifications, and architectural lighting components
  • Have strong communication skills and confidence interfacing with architects, designers, and contractors
  • Are proficient with ERP and CRM systems (Odoo preferred), Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Monday, or Asana)
  • Think like a problem solver and act like an owner, proactively ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Appreciate design excellence and the precision that defines the luxury architectural world
  • Passion for design, architecture, and the intersection of technology and craftsmanship
