As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our exclusive clients—ranging from architects and designers to premium brands and private clients—receive unparalleled service and tailored solutions. You’ll be at the intersection of sales, logistics, and customer experience, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from concept to completion.

• You’ll serve as the primary liaison for clients, providing expert guidance on products, pricing, and project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the external sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
• You’ll manage quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups to ensure seamless project execution.
• Coordinate with design, logistics, and sales teams to uphold prado’s renowned service standards.
• Ensure flawless project execution, anticipating potential challenges and proactively finding solutions.

requirements

• To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship.
• Experienced in project management, sales support, or customer service, ideally within a high-end design, luxury, or architectural industry.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
• Passionate about architecture and design, with a natural commercial mindset.
• A strong communicator who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys working with architects, designers, and installers.
• Proficient in Excel, with an interest in technical aspects of lighting and installations.
• Bilingual in English and another language.
