As our Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive prado’s online growth. You will manage performance-driven strategies across multiple channels, ensuring maximum impact and continuous improvement based on data insights.

You will play a key role in expanding prado’s presence in the United States, optimising paid advertising efforts, and refining digital strategies to enhance customer engagement.

responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.Conduct A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Utilise marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline customer engagement.
• Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a digital agency or fast-growing company.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in conversion tracking, data analytics, and A/B testing.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
