As Master Data Officer, you ensure that our ERP and PIM systems are built on reliable and well-structured data to enable teams across the organization to work efficiently and make informed decisions. By safeguarding data integrity and continuously improving data processes, this role directly contributes to operational excellence and scalability.

what you will do

  • Manage and maintain master data within our ERP and PIM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data quality standards and guidelines.
  • Perform data analysis and identify inconsistencies.
  • Report on the status of master data and propose improvements.
  • Ensure clear documentation and communication to facilitate seamless collaboration with colleagues.
  • Work within a dynamic team of talented professionals in a rapidly growing company.

what we are looking for

  • You hold a secondary school degree or bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with ERP and PIM systems and data management tools.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following domains: LEDs, mechanical production techniques, R&D process flows or similar areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. English is advantageous.
