To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Lighting Designer to bring creativity, precision, and passion to our team. Lighting is more than illumination; it’s storytelling. You will help craft compelling lighting concepts, working alongside designers, architects, and clients to bring innovative ideas to life.

what you’ll do

• Assist in developing lighting designs that elevate architecture and interiors.
• Create technical drawings, lighting calculations, and 3D visualizations to bring ideas to life.
• Research and select the perfect fixtures, materials, and technologies for each project.
• Collaborate with our sales and design teams as with the architects to ensure seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Stay ahead of trends, innovations, and sustainability practices in lighting design.

what we’re looking for

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2-8 years of experience as Lighting Designer in innovative lighting environments.
• Proficiency in lighting and design software such as AutoCAD and Indesign.
• Experience with Dialux is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, international context with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• You have a passion for lighting and its impact on spaces and emotions.
• You have a keen eye for aesthetics, detail and technical precision.
• Fluent in English or French, additional languages are a strong advantage.
• This role is open to candidates without European work authorization.
