As a lead of our internal sales team, you will be assigned a variety of tasks. We are looking for an inside sales lead to manage the whole inside sales team. This job is an exciting opportunity for ambitious people who look for an nice opportunity to advance their career. Your key responsibilities would be:
- manage and oversee the work of inside sales representatives team
- coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives performance
- set and track sales targets and KPIs
- coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines
- execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- use customer feedback to generate ideas for a better inside process
- research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- build an open-communication culture inside your team
Wanted: someone …
- experience as an Inside Sales lead
- hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- in-depth understanding of the sales process
- excellent communcation, interpersonal and team management skills
- strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succee
- you are administrative strong with a commercial feeling
- you are an organizational talent
- enthusiastic and passionate about the lighting and desig
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you understand what it takes to make a high-end brand better every single day. Therefore, you should bring:
- strong motivation and positive attitude
- good commercial feeling, as you will be in contact with partners, installers, architects etc.
- ability to multitask and handle a broad and varied workload within your role
- fluency in Dutch, English and French; any additional languages are an advantage.
- a team-player
- technical skills / technical interest is a nice to have.
- proactiveness when it comes to project follow-up, internal coordination etc.
