what we are

Atelier Luxus is a Belgian manufacturer of high-end electrical hardware, specialising in luxury switches, sockets and bespoke electrical devices crafted primarily from solid premium brass. Each product is developed with meticulous attention to detail, combining expert metalworking, refined surface patinas and precision mechanical execution to create pieces that are both functional and objects of enduring quality.

As part of the Prado Group, Atelier Luxus is entering a new growth phase. To support this evolution, we are looking for a Head of Operations. In this function, you take full ownership of the operational backbone of Atelier Luxus. You lead today’s execution while designing and implementing tomorrow’s operating model.

what you’ll do

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day site operations through the operations team, setting priorities, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality, safety and delivery performance are consistently achieved.
  • Design and continuously improve core supply chain processes (purchasing, planning, production) to support increasing volumes, complexity and customer expectations.
  • Translate demand and growth ambitions into executable operational plans, anticipating and eliminating operational bottlenecks across capacity, materials and processes to support sustainable growth.
  • Act as business owner for the selection and implementation of a new ERP system, ensuring strong user adoption and fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Establish strong performance management and reporting, defining KPIs and dashboards that provide clear visibility on lead time, efficiency, quality and operational discipline, and support fact-based decision-making.
  • Build and scale the supply chain organization, identifying capability gaps and bottlenecks, working closely with HR and recruitment to strengthen the team, and ensuring the right structure and talent are in place to support growth while preserving craftsmanship.

what we’re looking for

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain or manufacturing leadership roles, with hands-on responsibility for both planning and production.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving planning and purchasing processes in a production environment.
  • Proven involvement in ERP implementation (as a business lead, process owner or project lead).
  • Background in consulting or operational transformation is a strong plus — provided you are equally comfortable executing on the shop floor.
  • Strong understanding of production flows, MRP logic, capacity planning and material coordination.
  • Pragmatic, structured and resilient leader: you bring clarity, make decisions, and follow through. And you can combine authority with respect for craftsmanship and know-how.
  • Comfortable working in a growing, evolving group structure
  • Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).

what we offer

  • Atelier Luxus is an ambitious, internationally expanding company with a dynamic and supportive culture. A company where you will quickly feel at home due to the warm working atmosphere, with ambition as a priority.
  • You will work in an autonomous and entrepreneurial environment, where you are encouraged to take initiative and shape the future of our global supply chain.
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams across regions and departments.
  • A challenging position, with the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally, as you will be instrumental in reimagining and embedding supply chain best practices across the organisation.
  • Strong compensation package, tailored to your experience, with benefits that reflect the importance of your role within the organisation.
