• As an Embedded Software Developer, you play a pivotal role in advancing the development of cutting-edge smart home applications, enhancing modern living standards.
• Be involved in introducing AI technologies to enhance smart home capabilities and improve user experiences.
• You collaborate closely with the R&D team to define the hardware and software architecture for new smart home applications.
• You work alongside R&D and product management to validate software specifications, ensuring all requirements are met to exceed customer expectations.
• You take responsibility for deploying firmware releases across our product range.
• You participate in bi-weekly R&D meetings to report on project progress.
• You ensure clear documentation and communication to facilitate seamless collaboration with colleagues.
• You work within a dynamic team of talented professionals in a rapidly growing company.

requirements

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer science or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Debian, and Docker.
• In-depth expertise with ESP-IDF is essential.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of electronic hardware design (schematic reading, prototyping) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with KNX, DALI, or Thread technologies is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient communication skills in English, Dutch is advantageous
• Thrive on translating ideas into innovative products.
• Creative, driven team player with the ability to work independently.
