We’re hiring a Customer success manager Europe to take full ownership of one of prado’s most critical teams: our Customer success associates. This international team of 10+ people sits at the core of our commercial engine, where quoting, follow-up, and customer experience all come together. As we grow, so does the complexity, speed, and importance of this work. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment.
This is a role for a high-impact leader who knows how to set the bar, bring structure, and develop people. You’ll need to balance operational excellence, customer focus, and commercial thinking, and enjoy the pace and ambiguity that come with building in a scale-up.
You’ll work closely with sales, supply chain, and R&D to ensure we execute quickly, accurately, and at scale, while growing your team in ownership, structure, performance, and engagement.
what you’ll do
- Take full ownership of building out a fast-growing team: source, pitch, interview, and onboard new team members
- Lead and coach a team of Customer success associates focused on commercial execution and service excellence
- Create a strong team dynamic that combines responsiveness, rigor, and customer obsession
- Set clear goals, track KPIs, and build a high-accountability culture that thrives on ownership
- Translate commercial strategy into focused team priorities and consistent execution, at prado and potential future adjacent brands
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and team routines to scale with business growth while keeping the job content as engaging as possible
- Ensure fast, accurate quoting and proactive follow-up to drive conversion and customer satisfaction
- Act as a point of escalation for operational or customer-related issues, resolving them quickly and decisively
what we’re looking for
- Experience leading a high-performing team in inside sales, customer success, or commercial operations
- A hands-on manager who sets the bar high and supports the team in reaching it
- Proven ability to drive process improvement while keeping pace with daily execution
- Strong with data and KPIs, and comfortable using dashboards to steer team performance
- Communicates clearly, brings structure, and keeps others focused on outcomes
- Customer-focused, commercially aware, and quick to take ownership when problems arise
- Thrives in a fast-moving environment where clarity, speed, and accountability matter
- Confident working across teams and navigating priorities in a growing business
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
