Job description
As a Customer Care Representative & Order Processing Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers (architects, installers & partners). In this role, you’ll handle the quotation & order process from start to finish—understanding customer needs, suggesting the ideal products, and offering technical guidance. You will collaborate with our internal & external sales team to ensure the orderprocess correctly and customer relationships are strengthened.
Key responsibilities …
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Processing and tracking customer orders in our system.
- Managing complaints and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Collaborating with the internal & external sales team to meet customer needs.
- Verifying order details and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assisting with aftersales processes and project follow-up
Wanted someone …
- Strong administrative skills and experience with order processing systems (such as ERP or CRM).
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Experience in customer service and order processing, is a nice to have
- Solution-oriented, customer-friendly, and accurate in your work.
- Technical interest is a plus.
