Junior social media & community marketeer

job description

As our junior social media & community marketeer, you will support the daily management and growth of our social media presence across three brands and more than twenty channels. You help to keep every account relevant and engaging, with a focus on content creation and community interaction. Step by step, you will learn how to build a consistent brand presence and foster dialogue with our audience.

You will be part of a marketing team of ten professionals, working closely with designers, content creators, and performance marketers. From preparing posts to engaging in community management in the US market, you will gain hands-on experience with every aspect of social media management.

responsibilities

• Assist in managing, updating, and optimising social media accounts across multiple brands and markets.

• Help create, schedule, and publish posts in line with brand guidelines.

• Support daily community management: responding to comments, questions, and direct messages.

• Work together with US content creators and the performance marketing team to keep activity aligned across channels.

• Monitor engagement data and help identify opportunities to improve content formats and frequency.

• Contribute to the development and execution of a social media content calendar in collaboration with the branding team.

• Stay curious about social media trends and suggest creative ideas to grow reach and engagement.

requirements

• Some experience or strong interest in social media management, ideally for multiple brands or markets.

• Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, or YouTube.

• Strong writing and editing skills, with a feel for adapting tone of voice across brands.

• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn – comfortable handling multiple tasks.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Fluent in English and Dutch. Knowledge of French or German is a plus.
