As a leading innovator in high-end lighting design, to support our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Associate to be the vital link between our world-renowned creations and our discerning clientele. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our exclusive customers— ranging from architects and designers to premium brands and private clients — receive impeccable service and tailored solutions. Your expertise will help translate innovations into seamless sales experiences.
what you will do
- You will provide expert guidance on our products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- You will collaborate with the external sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- You will manage quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- You will liaise with design, logistics, and sales teams to uphold the exceptional service standards that define prado.
- You will build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring they grow stronger and more valuable over time.
what we are looking for
- You hold a secondary school degree or bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles within a high-end or design-related industry is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and a natural commercial mindset, as you’ll be in touch with partners, architects, and installers.
- Passion for design and architecture, with the ability to translate this enthusiasm into your work.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in Dutch, English, and French. Additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and an interest in technical details is a plus.
