Yes, you can. Orders can be returned within 30 days. Items must be returned by you in the original, complete packaging. Please note that damaged items, custom brass finishes, or drivers will not be accepted for return or refund.

Items must be returned in their original, complete packaging. Please insert the completed return form (included in your shipment) and your original invoice inside the package. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please drop off your package at the post office and retain a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will only accept undamaged and unopened items in their original packaging for a refund*. These items will be refunded 75% of the purchase price.
Undamaged but opened items in their original packaging will be refunded 50% of the purchase price.

*Custom brass finished are batch made for your specific project and therefore can not be returned.

Please note that damaged items, custom brass finishes, or drivers will not be accepted for return or refund.

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, the amount will be reimbursed to the customer within 60 days.

The funds will be returned to the payment method that the customer initially used to make the payment.
