the gallery by prado Milan Design Week 2026

For Milan Design Week 2026, prado presents The Laboratory – a constructed environment where innovation is made visible. At Galleria Bottagantica, one of Milan’s most storied addresses, a serene white space is built to reveal new developments by prado, Atelier Luxus and Vervloet. A place defined by precision, observation and calm – designed not to explain, but to let the process speak for itself.

  • The gallery

Located on Via Alessandro Manzoni, in the heart of Milan’s design district, Galleria Bottagantica is set within an 18th-century palazzo - a place where history, art and architecture meet.

For Milan Design Week 2026, this historic setting becomes the backdrop for The Laboratory. Behind its classical façade, a contrasting world unfolds: a clinical white space, precise and controlled, designed to reveal innovation in its purest form.

  • Three maisons, one standard

Inside The Laboratory, three maisons come together.

Together, prado, Vervloet and Atelier Luxus bring over 150 years of Belgian craftsmanship to Milan. Three distinct identities, united by a shared commitment to precision, materiality and timeless design.

prado: Known for its radically simple architectural lighting and invisible home technology. Every fixture is designed to disappear into the architecture — leaving only calm.

Vervloet: Since 1905, a reference in luxury architectural hardware. Each piece is handcrafted in Brussels and featured in residences, hotels and iconic buildings worldwide.

Atelier Luxus: Specialised in high-end switches, sockets and electrical hardware. Combining refined materials, craftsmanship and technology, each piece is tailored to the most considered interiors.

  • Step inside The Laboratory

From April 20 to 25, you are invited to experience prado’s world at Milan Design Week.

At Galleria Bottegantica, our latest developments are brought together. prado introduces light + ventilation mini, Atelier Luxus presents their new convex button and Vervloet previews what’s to come.

We look forward to welcoming you.
